Arrange Order of Books and Accounts

Since 0.10.7, you can arrange the order of books and account by dragging them in the management ui in reorder mode. If you miss-orders (not continuously) the hierarchy accounts, they will still group together in account list of record editor or balance report.

Add time field to record

When editing a record, you can now set a specific time. In the record list, it sorts record by the time (the later shows on top in the list).

Modify auto-backup mechanism

Because of the schedule mechanism is more work in Android 8. I change the rule by checking out-of-date since last backup-time. Which means, you can set days (for example, 7 days), when phone is in active, it check if current time is later then 7 days + last backup time, if true then trigger backup.
